The Philosophy

Rooted in
Haraka Baraka.

Within movement - there is blessing.

KunFayaKun means “Be, and it is.” It speaks to the moment before manifestation. The space between intention and reality. The place where transformation begins.

Haraka Baraka is a principle of movement and blessing, within movement there is blessing. Life itself is movement - the rhythm of breath, the turning of the earth, the quiet flow of the body returning to balance.

This is a mindset that forges wellness within it.

You do not come here to become someone else.
You come to remember who you are.

Reconnect. Rewire. Re-emerge.

Your Host

Abriz Akbar

Founder of KunFayaKun Wellness, NLP Practitioner, Performance Coach

Abriz is present for the full seven days. Every element of the week has been lived, tested, and refined by him, not outsourced, not theorised.

With a background in performance coaching and NLP, and having navigated burnout, reinvention, and the specific pressures of building something from nothing, Abriz created the Advance around the frameworks and experiences that actually worked.

He leads all intention-setting and closing ceremonies, 1:1 NLP sessions, group clarity work, and the Power of Now integration throughout the week. The programme was built to be led by one person, not handed off.
